Is there a setup fee?
No, ShippingHub wonʼt charge you any setup fee outside the subscription cost. Additional fees might be applied in case of special integrations and custom requests.
How does the pricing work?
We have four plans each with different pricing and features that cater for occasional shipping to more complex, high volume shipping. Each plan has a monthly subscription fee which is paid when you signup. This allows you to subscribe to the services of the plan that best suites your need.
The monthly subscription fee is automatically renewed with your details on hand on the last day of the month.
You can at anytime, upgrade or downgrade your subscription. Should you upgrade your subscription, your upgrade will happen immediately after the pro-rata payment is processed. Downgrading your subscription will happen immediately without any payment required or subscription credit owed.
What shipping service levels are provided?
We've simplified things. We've noticed that if customers purchase large value items, they prefer next day shipping, while the economy service is well suited for lower value purchases.
Same Day: Delivery takes place on the day of collection. Collection must be requested before 11am.
Overnight: Delivery takes place on the day after collection. Collection must be requested before 11am.
Economy: Delivery time varies between 72 and 96 hours, depending on the destination address.
Will support be provided?
What counts as a shipping order?
Any waybill that is generated through ShippingHub is considered a single shipment. Reprinting a prior fulfilled waybill is not counted as an additional shipment, but re-shipping an order (as in generating a waybill) is counted. Orders not fulfilled on ShippingHub will not be charged/billed.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. We know that tracking provides a delightful delivery experience by proactively informing your customers on the status of their delivery.

Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes, you can! We would be sad to see you go. But, if you ever decide that ShippingHub isnʼt the best shipping platform for your business, then go to My Profile > Close Account and then click on Cancel Account.. Kindly note that this action is irreversible. Don't forget to let us know the reason why you're leaving, we care about your feedback!
